The experience of cruising on the Tial Thames is an experience not to be missed, but do carry a good anchor, wear lifejackets, ensure that you have plenty of fuel and a reliable engine! Be prepared for choppy water too! Do not be deceived by the smooth water in the photos as in 1999 we travelled up with the tide extremely early in the morning.
